This was a good dish, and my boyfriend raved about it, however for me (and I can't believe I'm saying this) it was a little heavy on the bacon, the flavor of which slightly overpowered the meatloaf itself. I'd make this again, certainly, but I'd use fewer strips of bacon so I can still taste the beef. "
