Reviewed Emeril's Essence
"Best seasoning ever!!!"
Reviewed Peach-Mustard Compote
"Made this today but my store was out of mustard seeds, so I wend to the Mexican spice section and used a mixed spice packet which added allspice, cumin and cloves with the mustard seeds-it tasted great, I'm sure it is a little different, but my family loved it. I am going to make it again!!""
Reviewed Plum-Vanilla Preserves
"Very tasty, not to sweet, used the large plums but only had small just off the tree small plums instead of the plumcots-turned out very delicious, be patience it takes a while to set depending on your elevation. I am going to make it again with some twists. My family raved about it! ""
Reviewed Alton Brown's Buffalo Wings
"I tried these for super bowl Sunday and have made them almost weekly for my family. I did change the way the way the recipe says to cook them-I just bake them in the oven on parchment paper turning occasionally until they are golden and crispy. I also add a bit more hot sauce and cayenne as we like them Hot!! ""
Reviewed Mom's Spaghetti Sauce
"Great recipe-reminds me of my Grandma's she did it all most the same way--I think the secret is how long you simmer it. 3-4 hours makes it all the better, and by the way I used moose burger that we have and it was great just some small seasoning changes. Make sure you keep tasting to get it where you want plus more garlic and some olive oil.
