"Super tasty. Very pretty. Cake was great and easy to handle. I too put the icing in the fridge before using, it was far too runny at first and needed to set up some. But after an hour it was easier to handle. The cake is even better after a night in the fridge as the flavors have all had time to blend together and the icing has set up beautifully."
