This recipe was tasty. Although it reminded me more of a scone. I used cake flour and not ap flour. According to the Joy of Baking website, to substitute cake flour for ap flour, I used 1 cup and 2 TBSP of cake flour for every 1 cup of ap flour. I also didn't use the caraway seeds but added orange zest instead. I also only put in half the raisins...
