"This was delicious, fun and easy to make. We used spaghetti sauce because we did not have canned tomatoes and used a mix of grated Italian cheeses instead of the cheese stick. "The flavor of the marinade was wonderful but I was disappointed in the cooking times and outcomes. I had to cook everything much longer and at higher temperatures otherwise the vegetables would have been almost totally raw."
