Over the top good!! We made this more heart healthy by using less butter/margarine and sugar and it still came out terrific. We used Macintosh apples instead so the flavor was almost like an apple pie. Specifying challah bread is genius.

This was delicious, fun and easy to make. We used spaghetti sauce because we did not have canned tomatoes and used a mix of grated Italian cheeses instead of the cheese stick. We also sauteed it for less time then baked it at the end so that all the cheese and other toppings would mix in better and get crusty and bubbly. This would be a fun "top y"
