This is the 2nd time I've made this cookie but this time I added an egg. World of difference in the dough. Easier to roll into ball and flatten into a disk right in your hand with out crumbling all over the place.

This cookie is like a little short bread with hint of lemon. The aroma and taste of the lavender makes it fantastic. I do not have a sweet tooth so this is perfect cookie with tea.

I thought that there was way to much flour in this recipe. It's all I could taste.
They were good but not great. Wouldn't make again.

This dish was very flavorful without being over powering.
It also has intriguing visual appeal as well. Everyone wants to know what it is.
It was a great succes. I loved it.
A note two cups of rice is enough for 12 people."
