"I have been wanting to try this recipe ever since I saw this episode. So simple and very tasty. A nice intro to curry "lite" for those who have never had indian or curry before such as myself. I even agree with some of the others that a touch more curry powder might be nice. The apples add a wonderful depth of flavor too!
