My Activity

Reviewed Mini Italian Club Sandwiches

"What a great sandwich!! My guests thought I had ordered it from Panera Bread. It looks and tastes professionaly made and is so easy to make. I made the bread, bacon and crepes the day before and then it took minutes to assemble the day of the party. One party I cut each sandwich into 6 servings and the next party I cut it much smaller, either way it stays together nicely. The flavors mix together and nothing overpowers anything else. Give it a try, you'll love it too.

Reviewed Italian Club Sandwiches

"This was wonderful. I made it twice for parties and it was a big hit. My guests thought I had ordered them from a deli. Everything can be made or bought ahead of time and put together quickly when needed. I cut it into 6 serving at one event and cut it into much smaller portions for another even. Either way, the sandwich stays together and looks professional. Thanks Giada, for making me look good !!!

Reviewed Chicken and Dumplings

"I've been making this dish since 2001 when I saw it on Food 911. It is a family favorite and is requested often. I speed up the process by buying a cooked rotisary chicken from the market. The flavor is wonderful and is a comfort food in my house, for sure. I sometimes cook it to the broth point and then freeze it to use on those days when you need a hug from your food. Thanks Tyler...keep the great food coming !!!
