Reviewed Walnut and Dried Cherry Bars
"Well, I doubled this recipe thinking I would freeze some and have a healthy breakfast for a few weeks. Good plan until my husband discovered them. I added sunflower seeds and a mixture of dried cranberries and dried cherries (both are available in the bulk department of our local Whole Foods). Delicious and satisying. I'm looking forward to trying them with combinations of dried fruits, different nuts and different suger free preserves; maybe fig? 7 points in the new Weight Watchers point system.
