Reviewed Red Wine Poached Pears with Mascarpone Filling

"This recipe was fantastic! It was very easy to make and turned out looking just stellar. I used red table wine, it was perfect.
I poached mine for about 40 minutes, 20 wasn't long enough.
This is an absolute must for a nice dinner party."

"Absolutely fantastic!
I warmed the buttermilk and let the yeast sit in that for about 10 minutes, that was the key.
For the icing I added about 3 more ounces of cream cheese and it was perfect! I followed the rest of the recipe almost exactly.
Everyone loved them! You really can't go wrong with this recipe if you follow it."

"Sooo tasty. I put these in small individual non stick loaf pans (Bed Bath & Beyond), they turned out fantastic! Just make sure you're quick about adding the ingredients to the top of the loaf after the first 10 minutes of baking, the oil soaks in fast. "

"I Did the chicken in 1 batch (just 2 breasts), so I used less butter and oil.
I used less Lemon than called for but was still really strong, so I added more chicken stock to taste. The family loved it!
