This recipe has become my go-to for brown rice, as well as for those brown and wild rice blends, i.e., Lundberg stuff. No other method has given such good and consistent results. This has been my go-to Thanksgiving mirliton recipe for several years. It's very close to the traditional recipes that most New Orleanians use, but uses less bread crumb. That allows the dish to taste lighter and really showcases the mirlitons. Thanks, Emeril!""
