"I followed the recipe exactly and everybody raved over it. A new Christmas brunch staple. I was nervous about the reviews claiming it was "a soggy mess", but mine turned out fabulously. Maybe the other users didn't drain the berries? I used sourdough bread, and refrigerated the strata overnight.
