Reviewed Fresh Salmon Croquettes
"Loved it. Tweaked it of course but it was a wonderful base to work with.I have tried many and this was a hit with the whole family! I had two 12oz packages if salmon so I added green pepper and green onion to fill out recipe. Very moist, wonderful texture. I made mine half the size, same cook time. Also coated in panko instead of flour.""

"I am intrigued by reviews and am pulling out the mixer now. If your yeast did not bloom I think your density issues start there.
In the pictures she shows the yeast blooming before she adds sugar. I did not do that and had the same issues as everyone else. I turned the oven on to warm up the stove top slightly and eventually the yeast did bloom. My thought is that the sugar may have dropped he temp too much for the yeast to activate. I am waiting for dough to rise now.
Dough doubled just fine. Rolls were heavy but wonderful.
