"Delicious. Got a waffle maker for Christmas, and was looking for a recipe for fluffy, delicious waffles. This did it. Whipping the eggwhites separately definitely makes an amazing difference. Like another reviewer said, this is a world away from a "from the box" waffle recipe.

I really like sweet, vanilla waffles, so next time I will add an extra tsp of vanilla and another tbsp or so of sugar... Enjoy!
