I've made this several times and it is delicious every time. Made it with different meats, too. Perhaps it was the wine you used? I only cook with a wine that I will drink, as a rule of thumb. Please give this one another try.

I love this soup!! This is my go to recipe. I do variate from time to time. I made it the first time as is and it was terrific! Comfort food! The next time I substituted soy cream for creme fraiche and veggie stock for chicken stock in order to accommodate my vegan friend. Garnished with some sliced avocado - it's the bomb! Then I found you can eat...

What? Nice idea but something is wrong here. What binds these? No liquid? I tried this recipe and found a lack of flavor as well as a real mess on my baking dish. Cheese melted all over and balls did not stay together. Then I remade them and added more biscuit mix with milk to make it a little biscuit ball and they turned out like little cookies....
