Reviewed Get Yo' Man Chicken

"Was very skeptical of this recipe after reviewing the ingredients. I just didn't see them marrying well. I also can't stand the show because the Neelys are fake and overwhelming, but figured since the recipe had so many good reviews I'd give it a try. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts instead of thighs. I had a blush wine open so I used th"

Reviewed Chicken and Rice Casserole

"Was a little skeptical about all the mayo, but it wasn't as heavy as I was expecting. I cooked the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to add a little more flavor. I also omitted the water chestnuts because they just didn't seem to fit. It's a good overall recipe that can be played to your tastes. Will keep this in my recipe box. "

Reviewed Herb-Roasted Turkey Breast

"The best turkey I've ever had. Love the fact that I don't have to mess with brining or anything like that. A few changes I made because I didn't realize that I was out of them...substituted gray poupon for the dried mustard and omitted the sage (all out from the holidays). The wine also boiled off really quickly so I just used chicken stock in the pan to catch the drippings and serve it with the turkey as an au jus. Very moist.

Reviewed Pastitsio

"Husband and kids enjoyed this. It is time consuming. Will make again though. Only changes were that I substituted skim milk for whole and sour cream for greek yogurt. Hesitant to put in all of the cinnamon and the nutmeg, but did so anyways without any regrets. For those that claim you don't like cinnamon or nutmeg, this is not a recipe that will change that for you. It's like making oatmeal raisin cookies when you don't like raisins. Doesn't make sense does it? And don't give it bad ratings because you goofed by curdling the white sauce or not following the recipe.

Reviewed Black Pepper-Pomegranate Molasses Glazed Turkey

"Delicious. It turned out beautifully. It looked just like the picture. It was very moist and the flavor was great. I, too, made my own pomegranate molasses because the stores were out. I used Alton's recipe. Thanks for the great recipe.

Reviewed Stovetop Green Bean Casserole

"This was delicious. I'll probably never make the canned version again. It's well worth the time. The only thing I would recommend (especially if serving to children) is to cut the cayenne in half. My kids (9,6, and 3) all said it was too spicy. I did add half a lemon and some white wine to help add depth to the flavor.

Reviewed Fettucine Alfredo

"This was delicious. Not oily or gritty. I did add some bacon for a slight smoky favor. Will never buy another bottle of alfredo sauce. Super easy.

Reviewed Maple Pecan Rice Pudding

"This was delicious. I made this for my in-laws and my father-in-law was going to start licking the bowl before my mother-in-law took it away from him. The flavors compliment each other very nicely in this pudding. I'm going to make it again for Thanksgiving for something different. I love Ina's recipes. She always delivers something great.
