Reviewed Hidden Mint Cookies

"Tastes GREAT, (I used the Girls Scout cookie in the middle), and partially froze the dough for easier cutting. Slice with a warm, clean knife otherwise the dough gunks up.
Go a heavy 1/4 inch when slicing. And keep a good distance between cookies. Allow sugar cookie dough to come up to room temp and seal the edges, so mint cookie doesn't leak out. MAYBE then your cookies will present as Paula's do.
And on ROUND TWO decided parchment paper better. Allow to cool and set before transferring. Top rack cookie. They'll burn on the bottom rack. :(
