"Saw this on the show and HAD to make it. Thought I had all the necessary ingrediants, but at the last minute, realized
I had no walnuts. Quickly toasted some pin nuts and used them. Delish.!! I did try it again with the walnuts...both are superb.
This recipe makes a LOT of pasta. Perfect for a pot luck.
I do not see this as a summer dish..it is poor and simple comfort food for a chilly autumn night.
