Fabulous! Baked for 30 minutes at 400 and then broiled for five minutes at the end instead of frying.

If you like Indian food, double the garlic/serrano/ginger as well as the the garam masala and paprika. Serve with naan and a cucumber-yogurt raita sauce. This made it five stars for us!"
