"This is a great recipe. I used 3 lbs. of shrimp (because 1 1/2 lbs. just isn't enough) and I added 1/4 C. of hot sauce when adding the salt and pepper. They are good on day one, but excellent on day two. I will make them the day before I want to serve them in the future. "
