these were delicious! we ate every last bite. I did use italian seasoned panko breadcrumbs (which I think make everything better). I did not have an issue with them turning out soggy, they were crisp and browned and delicious!

This salad was so good! I tossed the kale well with the balsamic and olive oil, and it tasted better after it had sat for about 30 minutes.

Wow...this was a yummy recipe. It was not very hard, but a little labor intensive. I would definitely recommend making a little extra salsa, its great! We will make that again to use on tacos, etc. The flavors are delicious, this is something I would make for company. I would also recommend sour cream to compliment when serving.
