My Activity

Reviewed Chocolate Chip Pancakes with Cinnamon Cream

"Incredible. Followed the recipe except for the chocolate chips since the hubby prefers them without. The center is light and fluffy and the edges get a little crunch to them, just make sure you have sufficient butter or else you don't get the crisp. The cinnamon cream is amazing, I could eat spoonfuls of that."

Reviewed Wingless Buffalo Chicken Pizza

"awesome. Very happy with the flavor of this pizza! I'll definitely make this again! I didn't double the sauce, it does look a little thin but once cooked I think it's perfect. I followed this recipe exactly!

Reviewed Easy Chicken-Mushroom Quesadillas

"Wonderful! I forgot both the sour cream and the salsa but didn't miss it. I also used Mission Multi Grain tortillas and they were awesome. I would recommend cooking the onions and mushrooms until they brown which is much longer than the stated 7 minutes. Plus, the dryer the filling is, the less likely it is to run all over and out of your quesadillas. To make things quicker, I bought a rotisserie chicken and chopped that up for the filling.

Reviewed Potted Pork Tenderloin with Sweet Onions and Apple

"Great! Very easy. I didn't have fennel pollen nor ground fennel but easily solved by putting fennel seeds into a coffee bean grinder. I did not have any calvados either and didn't think purchasing some for 11 dollars was worth it so I just used extra apple cider. Everyone is getting seconds as I type this up. I didn't make the rice that accompanies this but I just paired it with Uncle Ben's original long grain rice (the one in a box with the flavor pack that cooks for 25 minutes). Thanks Rachael, you never fail me.
