“These would be great lemon bars, but the 3 cups of sugar makes them WAY TOO SWEET. And this is coming from someone who has a huge sweet tooth.
If you think about it, 3 cups of sugar for a 1/2 layer in a 9x13 pan is a huge amount of sugar. I will try the recipe again with 2 cups of sugar instead, since the shortbread base is so...”
