"I am making this again tonight for about the 5th time. It is a staple dinner for my husband and me. My grandson came to visit and since he loves shrimp I made it for him. . .extras, of course. There was nothing left. So easy with delicious results. I use frozen deveined (Easy Peel) shrimp. 16-20 count. Will serve with baked potato and a fresh sala"

Reviewed Penne with Braised Short Ribs

"Delicious! I used mashed potatoes instead of penne because I had some left. There are only two of us so I had 1lb.of quite large, boneless short ribs. I didn't cut the recipe down though, but did add a stalk of celery, an onion and a large carrot. Used a can of whole plum tomatoes, cut into 8ths with juice added. 21/2 hours later I had this beaut"

Reviewed Cheesy Popovers

"These popovers are scrumptious. . .a little zip, subtlely cheesy. A real hit at my table. In fact, I'm eating some of the leftovers now. Thank you, Sunny, for a treat for the senses. By the way, the chives are essential; mine baked at 400 degrees for 18 minutes; and no egginess in the flavor. Just delicious little gems to pop into your mouth. The leftovers, if there are any left, will be great with morning coffee. .
