Had me until she added those lousy arugula leaves. What's with these chefs these days adding arugula to every thing? It's funny how chefs latch on to ingredients as a group, last year it was cilantro, now it's arugula and EVERYTHING must have a dose of umami, that undefinable amalgamation of flavors.
