Reviewed Fried Zucchini

I was skeptical about trying this recipe after reading the mixed reviews. However, with the abundance of zucchini in my garden none shall go to waste. This is an excellent recipe! I did use the flour, egg, then panko mixture. I also let my breading set-up for 20 minutes before I started frying it. The breading stayed on and my children (12 and 9) "
