If you are looking for a thicker and chewier crust this probably is not it but it was perfect for us! No more running to the bakery for dough!""

"Wow, these were really good. I love regular pancakes but it is nice to change it up once in a while. I love lemon but was glad that the lemon was not over powering so that all could enjoy them. The strawberries were great with the pancakes too, I will probably use less oj next time to make the topping a little thicker. I am glad we have leftovers so we can have them again tomorrow morning!"
