Reviewed Key Lime Mousse Pie

I'm so confused. The recipe says 2 1/2 C Heavy cream so I used two and one half cups, right? My problem-- It also says 1 1/4 ounces of geletin. It's not bad, but it's not the texture I was expecting.It also says one envelope. If we're talking knox then one envelope is 1/4 one quarter of an ounce. But, there's other kinds. Help Paula! Your recipes...
