My daughter requests pecan pie every year and this is the one I make. Easy, simple and delicious! Saw Mama Dip on TV years ago, tried the pie and it's the only one I make now.

Great recipe! Fun to make and delicious. I also used white vinegar and can't see how champagne vinegar would change the taste. I cut the veggies and marinated them in the vinegarette for a few hours and added the toasted bread cubes about 20 minutes before serving. Delicious!! Ina you never let me down!"

Made this several times. My husband likes it with potatoes in it. A little more substantial than just egg and cheese quiche. I, too, left out the rosemary because it just didn't seem to "fit" in the recipe. Great for any meal. Love it!!""

I made this for dinner tonight. I didn't have fresh tomatoes, so I used canned and it was still fabulous! Quick, easy and fun to make. My husband said this one's a "keeper" which means I'll definitely make it again!

This is fabulous recipe! Quick and easy to make but delicious. My husband and son in law are meat and potatoes kind of guys so I've modified the recipe and put chunks of chicken in the olive oil with the garlic and sauteed them until they were white and cooked through, then finished the recipe. I've also done the same using shrimp. It's a big...
