"This is fabulous recipe! Quick and easy to make but delicious. My husband and son in law are meat and potatoes kind of guys so I've modified the recipe and put chunks of chicken in the olive oil with the garlic and sauteed them until they were white and cooked through, then finished the recipe. I've also done the same using shrimp. It's a big hit in my house and asked for all the time!

I've always loved to cook and bake. I recently retired so now I have more time to cook and watch Food Netowrk. I try lots of the recipes I see and modify them to match my family's likes and dislikes. My dream is to take some courses at the culinary schools in my area.
