Reviewed Walnut and Dried Cherry Bars

I was looking for something to get me out of my breakfast rut and these did the trick. I used oat flour in place of the wheat flour, and ground flax seed in place of the wheat germ to make it gluten free. I like the consistency- they are dense, moist, and chewy. I think the reviewers who found them dry must have over cooked them. I don't person"
