My Activity

Reviewed Poblano Chicken Chowder

"Very tasty, a great go to recipe that the whole family will love....didn't change a thing and you don't need to!"

Reviewed Taco Soup

"I wasn't sure what all the hype was about this recipe....I guess the five stars set my expectations too high...either that or those reviewing never had chili before. The recipe name is deceiving as this is not soup; it's chili but whatever. I wasn't impressed with the taste after simmering for 3-4 hours so I added a can of green enchilada sauce which made it taste a little more taco like and less like chili. You may need an extra taco seasoning or ranch seasoning to make this what it should be. On a better note, it was definitely better on day 2 with the added sour cream and cheese...enjoy!
