Reviewed perfect pot roast

One of the best pot roast recipes! Cooked for 3 hours and the pot roast fell apart. Added fresh fennel and substituted dried thyme and rosemary for fresh. Served over "faux" mash potatoes made with cauliflower.

So healthy and delicious! My husband and 14 month old loved this soup! It's the first time that I made homemade chicken stock and it's much better than the organic store bought stock. Reviewed Sweet Potato Pie

This pie is delicious, creamy, and crunchy! I used plain Greek yogurt, blackstrap molasses instead of maple syrup, untoasted pecans, and a gluten free pie crust. I also served it with a dollop of homemade whipped cream to which I added a little bit of sugar and vanilla. Will definitely make this again.
