This is really really good. I could not find kaffir lime leaves, galangal, nor Thai chile peppers in the grocery store. So I used basil leaves and lime zest instead of the kaffir lime leaves, fresh ginger instead of galangal and jalapeo peppers instead of the Thai chiles. I will be making this all the time.

This was amazing, easy and delicious. I made tacos with the pork and they were incredible.

I tried this after reading all the good reviews. It lived up to the hype. So easy and very delicious. The broth alone with the spinach is amazing. I couldn't stop eating it. I made it with tilapia but shrimp is probably the way to go with this dish. I will definitely be making this over and over and over again."

This recipe is ok. The tilapia actually turn out great when you cook them as the recipe states. I did not care for the mango with the avocado. And the arugula does not mix well them neither. I will not make this again. "

This dish was amazing. My wife is the pickiest eater on the planet and she couldn't get enough of it. Easily, the best dish that I have made from food network. Try making it with shrimp. Straight heaven."
