Reviewed Cousin Johnnie's Caramel Apple Cheesecake
"This recipe is fantastic!! I, also had enough filling for another cheesecake. My first one was a little too dark and I readjusted the time on the second one. I didn't use the apples and included almond extract!!! Awesooommmeeee!!!!! Thanks Paula and Sons. You guys are wonderful!!! This was my first cheesecake period and to know that I made my first cheesecake from scratch!!! My 88 year-old mother was even impressed!!"
