I'm giving this recipe five stars because no matter what you do to it, you can't go wrong! I eyeballed all the measurements, and instead of worcestershire (sp?) I used soy sauce. This came out very tasty! I tweaked the recipe a bit. I added 1/4 cup of tomato sauce and then for the last two hours I added, baby carrots, red potatoes, peppers, 1/2 an onion, and three cloves of garlic. Everything cooked perfectly. I served it over white rice."
