"Just ok, but then...I am partcular about my pork chops and am often amazed at what people consider good. I'm really surprised at how many people don't know how to cook. Tip: Buttermilk marinade for 2 to 24 hours. Always amazing. These were a bit bland, but acceptable."

"So easy, it's ridiculous! I've been wanting someing like this for so long. This is very yummy. The crust reminds me of a quiche. I will be using this recipe with all kkinds of toppings, but...hopefully it can take a few cooked vegetables thrown into the batter too, because I think that would make a great light lunch. Wow!"

"I'm familiar with using frozen bananas in my smoothies, so this recipe was a snap for me. It's completely wonderful just the way the recipe is listed. But, if you want a bigger treat, take the time to waz in your favorite flavors. I also made this recipe with 1/4 cup cream, cocoa powder and pure vanilla. ANYTHING you want to add in and low calorie too...OMG...YUM...!
