Just ok, but then...I am partcular about my pork chops and am often amazed at what people consider good. I'm really surprised at how many people don't know how to cook. Tip: Buttermilk marinade for 2 to 24 hours. Always amazing. These were a bit bland, but acceptable."

So easy, it's ridiculous! I've been wanting someing like this for so long. This is very yummy. The crust reminds me of a quiche. I will be using this recipe with all kkinds of toppings, but...hopefully it can take a few cooked vegetables thrown into the batter too, because I think that would make a great light lunch. Wow!"
