Made these for Christmas! HUGE success! However, if you are using an electric oven like I was you may want to rotate the pans a few times for even cooking. I strayed a little bit from the recipe, instead of ice cream I made a homemade whipped cream with mascarpone! Amazing!

Love this recipe, so tasty!! my only complaint was that it tasted too vinegar-ey so I reduced the amount of apple cider vinegar to a 1/4 cup instead of a 1/2 cup and it turned out wonderfully!"

I loved this recipe!!! I have made this recipe on a few occasions and it has turned out wonderfully every single time. I did not have any lemon liquer so I just added a splash more lemon juice.
