Great stuff! There is a bumper crop of tarragon in my garden and what a great way to use it. I had boneless chicken thighs, and the dish was scrumptious. I did use my old standby of vermouth instead of Riesling, though, as well as homegrown onions instead of cipollinis. "

Amazing! The glaze makes it perfect....save some of uncooked glaze to pass around at the table, there will be plenty. I even had a jar of Ina's orange marmalade from when I had an excess of Christmas oranges. I'm not crazy about marmalade by itself, but LOVE the glaze. "

REALLY good, but the preserved lemons brought a lot of salt to the dish. Followed the recipe exactly except for omitting olives, as the sauce was already quite briny. Served it with couscous prepared with no additional salt and it was amazing! Oops, I cooked it w/o chicken skin, so not exactly following the recipe. I picked the end of my frosty...
