Reviewed Crispy and Delicious Asparagus and Potato Tart

"I did so many things wrong, that it is hard to say if this recipe is a total bomb, or if I ruined it.
My potatoes were under boiled, so they were dry and grainy in the recipe. I didn't use nearly enough butter when I was laying down my mess of phylo dough down (disaster to work with!), for the cheese I used was gruyere and cheddar. I followed his recommendation to use an entire 1/4 of nutmeg which was strong. If I decide to make this recipe again I will use less potato (and cook it all the way) I will use more cheese and perhaps some cream cheese. I will dump in a ton of herbs and I will cook up bacon and leeks and add it to the mix). This recipe needs doctoring up for sure.
