“I follow the cooking theory of missing ingredents; use SOMETHING ELSE INSTEAD. This is a very forgiving recipe, you can replace the ingredents with what ever you have around and it tastes wonderful.
I used baby portobello mushrooms. Easy technique=Use a cookie scoop to load your pastry bag with the stuffing and pipe into the mushrooms....”
