"Made this for Sunday supper, EXCELLENT! Followed the recipe exactly my husband was drooling while I was frying the eggplant and couldn't wait for the finished dish! I am not a big eggplant parm lover but my husband begged for me to make this and I am glad he did because this was AWESOME! You will not be disappointed!"
