Reviewed Wonderful White Bread

I incorporated some of the suggestions posted here by others.
1. I used only 1 tsp Kosher salt and a bit more sugar.
2. Dropped the whole egg in the dough, didn't make a difference.
3. Reduced the amount of flour by 1/2 cup and used Wheat Gluten (1/2 cup)instead.
4. I bake my bread @ 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
