People who think this isn't hot enough, should be able to judge by the amount of pepper in the recipe, that it won't be super spicy/hot. Also, since the glaze is mainly on the outer parts of the ham, and doesn't really permeate through, you may get random bites of pieces with the glaze. I may try puncturing the skin to see if this helps at all.&l...
