Quick and easy! I think it could use an extra kick of spice and it only really needs 1 tbsp of olive oil and no butter. I would make it again, but use yellow rice (with saffron) and throw in some other veggies like peppers, peas, and carrots. "

Really delicious!! I just used the sauce at the bottom of the pot as my "gravy," and it was amazing and very flavorful. Also, I think the roast really only needs to cook for 1 hour and 45 minutes (45 min. at 450 and 1 hr. at 350). ""

The flavors were good, but the crumble came out a little bit watery. I made it for my mom and boyfriend, and my mom said "this is good, it tastes healthy"....I don't know how I feel about a dessert tasting healthy!""
