"I grew up in/around NOLA. Was excited to find this recipe because I lost mine in Katrina. I've tried several Neely's recipes before and had been happy with them. But this one was a complete FAIL. It was bland! Added a LOT more seasoning to try to improve it but it still was not helping. Everyone was so disappointed. "
