"Sooooo simple, and absolutely delicious. I substitute one cup of white wine for one of the cups of stock, but otherwise it's perfect. Could add all kinds of personal additions to this lovely base--nuts, meat, etc. It's been my go-to for two Thanksgivings in a row. Thanks!
