This recipie translated really well in the pressure cooker. Like others have posted, I substituted the water for 2 1/2 cups of beef broth and a 1/2 cup of red wine and 3 smaller Yukon gold potatoes. I also added a can of diced tomatoes as I had fond memories of my dad making this addition in his beef stew. Everything cooked in just under an hour...
