Reviewed Indian Summer Stew: Butternut Squash, Coconut, and Lentil Stew
"My husband and I tried this last night and were very excited as it was our first Aarti recipe. It was great! We loved it. Only comment is that it definitely needed to cook covered for longer than 20 minutes in order for the squash and lentils to get to the right consistency. I left the lid on for about 35 minutes and the lentils were even still a touch underdone. But all in all, a great dish!
