Reviewed Beef Stroganoff

I absolutely LOVED this recipe! I'm not really sure it's fair to give it the rating I did since my husband forgot to pick up fresh mushrooms and sour cream - but this was amazing. Surprisingly, I liked this recipe. I prefer any other type of burger other than beef - call me crazy: black bean, turkey, salmon, quinoa, veggie, you name it - so I've had my fair share. This really did have some good flavor to it and the tobasco really came through. I did not use beef at all and still had a moist burger. My meat-eater husband"
