I absolutely LOVED this recipe! I'm not really sure it's fair to give it the rating I did since my husband forgot to pick up fresh mushrooms and sour cream - but this was amazing. Now, it was on the salty side since the sour cream would have balanced that out - but I did only use a tad bit of seasoning for the beef - probably not even a tablespoon...
