I poured over the reviews and cut back the amount of water and used beef broth and red wine. I kept an eye on it at the end and did add more beef broth. I also floured the meat before browning. My 9 year old son is so picky and he ate it! I'm making it again today for my dad-can't wait!""

Reviewed Sunday Roast Beef and Gravy

I have a 7 year old tank (son) who loves meat. I made this tonight and he wants it again tomorrow. My only issue was the wine/stock not reducing down quick turned out more like an au jou than gravy, but it was still tasty. ""
